I have 5 colors $1 to $100.
They were sold at Gamblers General Store in bulk for $1 each.
The owner told me they were made for a customer but never picked up nor paid for.

Policy before production is pay half upfront and half on delivery.
IMO they come under "Fantasy" chips.
