The builder wound up buying the house back but the legal expenses (engineer fees/ inspectors and attorney) pretty much wiped me out.

But - yes - I am in Texas now. It's nice to spend Mother's Day with my mother. And I like it here!
(sure miss my kids though!)

Yeah - my mom would ask me all the time, "What did you pay for that?"
and I'd always say, "Ahhhh... 5 bucks."

My son is supposed to get my chips if I die and he knows that a few of them are worth more than 5 dollars.
