I think that chip service providers should sell to "first ordered, first served." I recently lost out on the $25 Riviera Snake because a dealer sold his to those who will buy "ANY" $25 issued. I think that this policy is unfair to old customers. This means that anyone who will buy "ANY" 25's no matter when they agreed to do so....Kind'a sucks!
