my understanding is that this change was made to prevent all those people who listed 3,000 chip sets for a $1 Buy it now and then charged $199 shipping.

Bottom line is that the fees are clearly stated and available to everyone BEFORE they list an item. If a person chooses to not sue the service, more poewe to them.

Unfortunately millions of people feel the fees are worth the results and they will continue to raise feel until they hit the point that people wont pay.

I guess thats the bottom line.
