No clue what a Marble Board is.

Just a guess on Marble Machines - Pinball machines?
When I had the Mustang in Newport and the Gay Nineties south of Covington, we had pull tab boards and pinball machines. Both had cash payouts.

We also had pull tabs in boxes. They were a big profit as the one large payout of $50 was always in the same place in the box.
I was lucky enough to pull it every time before it went out to customers.
