About a week or so ago, I posted a thank you to Bob Orme about his replacing a shipment of chips that was lost in the mail. Well you'll never guess what happened today?

Well, I'm sure you could immediately guess what happened. Today, I got a 2nd notice that an insured package that Bob Orme sent to me is at the post office waiting to be picked up. It was mailed on 12/5. The 1st notice, which I never got, was supposedly left for me on 12/8. According to the P.O. I should have got the 2nd notice in 5 days. I spoke to the postmaster. No apologies, but she'll speak to the clerk. I refused delivery and the package should make it's way back to Bob, eventually.

I never got the 1st notice, the 2nd notice was 5 weeks late, no apologies, no one cares. Is that anyway to run a business?
