After sitting at a BJ or poker table for 8 or 10 hours and consuming 15 Jack and Cokes it is nice to sit at a Pai Gow table and just relax. The odds are not good (2.73% house advantage) but the play is sooooo slooooow that you can play all night and only be up or down a bet or two. Very relaxing.
