The Lion Club chip was delivered to a local (I think local!) chip distributor in Los Angeles in 1933. The California chip guide lists a Lion Club (no chips shown or mentioned), Los Angeles, closed 1933.

If this is the club of the chip in the scan then it had a short life. The chip was delivered 10/30/1933.
