His name is James Wurm. I've bought a few items from him with no problems. I also noticed that he is listing dozens of the same chip every day, using the same pictures and doing one-day auctions. I don't think he's selling many of them. I checked his sales history. He has listed the same five $1 chips a total of 174 times since December 4th with not one bid.
