they might have been used in both places.
I have talked to several California collectors that have said they were used there too in the 60s but I doubt that the card room was called the LIDO. When I found the chips in Hemet there was a GOB of them, if I remember right about 550 of them. They saw a lot of action in their history. Over half of them were worn badly and I traded 100 here and 100 there... some of the real badly worn chips I stuck labels on and used them for my first convention personals. I kept the best of the lot though.
