Here is a link... looks like this vendor bought the whole lot. The way it reads on the website, is that these were made on an overstock of paper. Maybe contacting the vendor would reveal more information.

My humble opinion.... These are not made for a casino, they may be in a casino style box, casino style paper, but the back design would suggest otherwise. I have been collecting casino playing cards for 36 years and have never seen anything close to this is casino style cards.
