Lets keep in mind that they are using the TCR number on the slabs and we know where the authors stand on slabbing. So far as I can tell neither James or Steve Wells has taken a real position here on Greg's board. James has avoided that with his ten-foot pole and in subsequent emails I've had with him on other matters, he's not discussed it at all. Steve Wells posted some sort of disorganised message about something-or-other that *I* couldn't make out, head nor tails (an author who can't write?). Got to admit that there is something here that "looks like a duck" but I want to hear the quackin' a little louder myself. Given C/W's perspective on the hobby, I could imagine they might not mind seeing ICG using their grading system while actually having no part in the actual enslavement of the chips.
