I threw the word "crest" into Google images and got the scan below. Now I can see, for example, replacing the horses in the second picture with seals. Bingo! You have a crest & seals. Now the rest of the crest could be replace with little Napa vignettes in the four quadrants. Sounds like a job for Debbie Meister!!
