Ralph, as I stated in my post, Al is the new "kid" on the block. He is offering this service strictly as a favor to those who want to get their Reno/Tahoe and other Northern Nevada cities for a cheaper price than is currently being offered. He even stated to me that if a new chips is issued even in Elko, he will drive over to get them.

For those that are satisfied paying higher prices to someone else, that's fine. That's what makes the world go around. If, in fact, people don't care to save money, Al will just recend his offer and everyone can retain their same present new chips service, whomever it may be.

I think loyalty is a great thing. Clinton certainly retains it and for the life of me, I can't figure out why.

BTW, good luck in the upcoming election. You've got my vote.
