You have a zip code, write the postmaster at that zip code as the guy may have committed mail fraud? Ask the PM to contact the person and have them contact you! I did this to a guy in Mass. who said the post office was a bunch of dopes. I sent his email to the PM and a postal inspector showed up at his home - I got my money back within a week!
