I might suggest trying a Rapid Roulette bank,that has a live wheel and chips payout,but video terminals for the players.They always have 2 dealers bored to death usually..Can't vouch for the condition of the chips in AC,but at the Rio in LV,I did manage to pick up some sharp dollars (Rio Rita)in a cashout and the dealer noticed me examing them,we got to talking about collecting and he sorted out some better quality ones for me also..and on a side note,other tables at the Rio were still using dollar tokens.
