At an Atlantic City Chapter meeting last fall, when this was a huge debated item, Dick Brach ask the audience, "How many here are in favor of being able to belong to the AC chapter without joining the International Club?".....

A rather large number of people raised their hand.
I can't say it was the majority (>50%), in fact it probably was less than 50%, but it was significant - the best I can recall.

Please, I'm not looking to debate this issue with anyone, because I currently belong to AC and our Club. I'm simply pointing out that perhaps there are more people out there that feel differently. Perhaps more than you think.
