The TLE is in The USPC book as TE. I could not see it. The more I looked the more I did not see it.
There is a very similar chip with TG. I could not see it either.

I saw the name on the record, I still could not see the letters! Almost went ditzy looking at it.

After a couple of emails back and forth Spragg said TLE. I still could not see it! I guees I was mostly trying to see it in the blue part. The letters are in the white part.
It looked like a maze to me.
