although how Fred Lamb did it earlier today was "gentle". I'm bad about these things (I owe four chips that are packed & being mailed tomorrow -- still, quite late) -- I make notes but they seem to get buried beneath other things. I got a nice gentle e-mail reminder from one of those people earlier today -- no harm, no foul.
