Organizations go DIRECTLY to families in need. I have seen this first hand and participated in ACTUAL process of giving proceeds to those who really need it.

And, as many of you know, most veteran's organizations, like VFW, etc. are not made up of wealthy people. Just people who have been willing to give and continue to give.
