with the .999 on the ring are early. It should not be there as the rings are not silver, so they later put it on the silver portion of the bi-metal tokens. I have been told that the strikes made 2004 and earlier are .6 ounces of silver and the ones made 2005 and later are .5 ounces. I am not sure but this may be told by the size of the silver part.
