Casino Royale seems to be a name that Casinos Austria uses for a number of their locations. See link for wet chip with the Casino Royale name:

I had one person tell me that Casinos Austria initially ran the casinos on Royal Caribbean ships and the "Ride a lucky wave" chips were used. It is interesting to note that some of the early chips and tokens issued by Royal Caribbean also had the name Casino Royale on them.
