The "Casino Club Union Melo" plaque is from Uruguay, South America. Ross Poppel made me aware of this about 2 years ago when I was looking for a triangle shaped chip. I do not know of any other chips/plaques from that casino & Google searches have not shed any more light. There was one for sale about 6 months ago on the Board but I missed out.

There was (is?) a Club Union casino in Cuba - I find chips & tokens from that casino on eBay all the time.
