Getting fakes withdrawn from sale
In Response To: FAKES and EBAY ()

EBay lacks independent expertise and has to depend on reliable reports to identify fakes. Generally, that report has to come from the copyright or trademark owner - otherwise it would be too easy for a competitor to get someone's listings pulled unfairly.

There are approved channels for companies and their lawyers to contact eBay when those items are spotted.
