Can't say anything for certain but. It appears the Snax Bar was a restaurant and gambling joint. Perhaps a back room thing. I'm pretty sure your third inside cover with the "Sport of all sorts" is the inside of the second Snax Bar match cover. Both places, Belmont and Snax Bar, were sports books. Who had table games, when and where......I don't know. The dice photos are Larry Trapp's. I'm guessing he thinks the Belmont dice are from Newport.
