Just my 2-cents on the meeting. I think you will get more people to the meeting if you do it during the convention, not on Wednesday or Friday night. Most people will take an hour out of their convention time to attend a get-together. The club can make an announcement on the floor and people can come and go. Having it on off times will also limit the attendance for those who don't stay at the Southpoint. Because of its distance from the strip, you are not going to get people to attend who aren't on site.
