I'm in no way a currency collector, but in an antique shop here in the UK today there was a $50 Confederate States of America note for sale - very worn (in fact looked as though it may be in 2 pieces) but I was just curious if such a note is actually real, and I know there are lots of knowledgable note collectors that post on the board here.
