... Who do you apply to for a 10 year pin?

I saw where Dick Bartley got his and would love to have one to display. My membership number is lower than his so I am sure I have 10 years or more. (I have kept all my pins from work, clubs, associations that I have earned over my life- and would love to have a CCGTCC pin too).
