I have two chips I got in the early to mid 80s and have absolutely no idea where it came from or their worth. Any help will be greatly appreciated. Both are rectangle in shape. The first one has printed on it:

Kurdaal Oostende 5,000 numbered 0100

The second reads:

Ray 10 ray brown raha-automatti- theistic roulette all I know is the cost was $60.00 in the mid 80s
