Bud Jones broke up the company because Bill Christy was making illegal dice behind his back. FBI raided the CJ LV office over some "HOT" dice being mailed to Rip Poulos in Biloxi MS at Gus Steven's Supper Club. The package was delivered to Gus instead of Rip. Gus refused it because the cost was a lot more more than dice should have been. He did not know about the "Hot Dice" being used. The FBI tracked the package to and frm MS. Gus Steven's is where Jayne Mansfield was appearing the night she literaly lost her head.

Bill Christy joined Paul Endy at Paul-Son - hence the Paul-Son H&C.
