The game of baseball is more about chemistry than dollars. The Yankees should know that. In 96 when most of their team was their own farm product they went on a nice little run. Eventually them guys either retired, or moved on via free agency and they went on a spending spree. Look at my Twins, in 02 when they started winning again it was because 99% of the team went thru the minors together, they had a repoirt with one another.

I can't see Posada coming back, Rivera is getting close to retiring and Jeter isn't far behind. Since Arods roid scandal broke, he seems to have gotten off the roids and is getting hurt alot more often than he did on the juice.
