I like the idea of bringing recognition or club sanction to price guides.

Yet the idea of a standard CC&GTCC numbering system was broached a couple of years ago at the convention at the Orleans. The result is that a "standard" numbering system needs to be simple - yet overall bought in by the authors of the publication. The end result is that no system was adopted...
