...good condition in the Chipper's Football contests. I say nice condition. The bottom line is that the chip should be one that the person sending out would be happy with condition wise, if it was being added to their collection. It has nothing to do with the grading guidelines.

Notched chips or chips cancelled in any way though should not be sent out.
