I think this is a rather interesting item.

As I understand it, Sinatra had lighters like this that he would handout from time-to-time. I do not know if this came from his left-over inventory, or from someone that was a recipient. The plaque on the front says: "Thanks" and Frank's signature. The inset picture shows the bottom of the lighter.
