I have the exact same Casino Royale chip you described.
I got it from Bob Matthews in July of1993. I paid $3.00 for the chip, but have no idea where it is from. There are several Casino Royale Casinos listed in THE GAMING TABLE, but I don't know which one issued this chip. More than likely it is a Roulette chip.
