No I bought some Chips with a Shield stamped on them. Since they were stamped I thought that must be “remakes” or “fake” since they were not engrave.

Maybe they are legitimate (my Shield chips not the ones that Roy pointed out), but I would think that with a $20 rubber stamp you could make stamped chips like this all day long. (If there was a market for them).
