Over the weekend the wife and I attended a event downtown and we ran into the new mayor.

I asked for a personal chip, and she said she had forgot to bring them with her. But, if I wanted one, she told me to call her office and request one.

That was on Monday, the chip got here on Friday!!! I asked her for a couple and she said no problem, only one was sent.

So, google the LV mayors office for the phone number and request one. They just might send you one!
