I learned from a few of Henderson's Finest that a stop sign on private property is merely a suggestion. I lived in a condo community and there was a stop sign that was routinely ran. When I brought it to their attention, I was told about the private property thing.

So ever since, if you see me in a parking lot watch out....I am not stopping!!!!
