Here Here, Handel is one of my all time favorite composers, The Messiah is an epic piece. If you live near New York, every year around Christmas Lincoln Center hosts a "Messiah Sing In" where the entire audience sings along it is absolutely amazing. (It's been years since I've gone, but I can't imagine it's a tradition they've stopped)
