There was a nice piece in today's Sacramento Bee on Trader Dick's. It is a restaurant review but has some of the history of the place. I was not aware that it was originally a separate place from the Nugget. Dick Grave's owned the Nugget when it was located on the other side of the street and he opened Trader Dick's on the side where the Nugget is now located. I always thought it was strange that there were roulette chips from a restaurant but I guess it make sense now that I know it was in a separate building at one time.
