The 1997 date appears to be when Harrah's added the Carnaval area, as designed by the architect (Conversano & Associates) referenced in the COA. My guess is that a print version of the showgirl mural featured on the back of the chip is what the COA is referring to. The original (life-size) mural may be on the wall at Harrah's, but I don't recall. Maybe one of the locals can tell us.

Interesting chip -- probably made ONLY to be encased in lucite & never went through Gaming for approval (not necessary).
