I just received this Lucite encasement (Thank you Robert Dykema) and I do not see the encased chip in TCR #13.
While it is very difficult to tell, the encased chip was made by Paul-Son Gaming as evidenced by their RHC mold.
However, it is puzzling to me that this encasement commemorates Harrah's, Las Vegas' "Grand Opening", "October 23, 1997" when Harrah's had been opened in Las Vegas since 1992. (Anyone know why the discrepency?)
And while I am at it, the encasement includes a signed Certificate of Authenticity (COA) that is worded is such a way that one can consider the encasement to be the item covered by the COA, or that there is a separate artwork item. Anyone want to make a clarification?
Here are additional pictures of this encasement that measures 4.5" x 6.5".
Thanks for looking!
Replies and comments appreciated!

The COA reads: "Dedicated to the entertainment capital of the world, this mural print illustrates an external expression of Harrah's new resort destination in Las Vegas. Harrah's Carnaval themed facade will be home to resort designer Henry Conversano's artistic vision. We are pleased to present you with an authentic and certified original signed by Mr. Conversano."
