Funny how at about half the height it was supposed to be, suddenly it wasn't built to code and shouldn't be occupied, and the extent Harry Reid went to get the money to finalized this project.
Maybe they should have left the Ferris Wheel there, oh wait, we have a new Wheel supposedly being built down the street!
Perhaps we should look into how to implode a Ferris Wheel before one opens and changes the face of this Carnival called the Strip.

I think maybe these casinos should loosen their games a little bit and give people some of the money rather than keep building projects they can't back up!
