I never knew the infamous Mr Splashbar had AC ties..John Chopek explained to me the whole Splashbar deal at an AC show,which I would love to attend in person some day..and share a beer or 3 of course ;)

That said,that name rings a bell,never ate there though..The main non-casino business's name I'll never forget was the bar across the street from the Claridge/Sands..Little bar open 24/7 that would fill up with casino employees at 4 am and patrons back in the 80's when the AC casinos were not open all night..The Silver Dollar Saloon..had decent bar food and at 5am,does it really matter?
Its now a Pawn shop close to the vacant field that was the Sands..At the height of prosperity the small parking lot had lifts to park cars over each other like a boating marina..
