I guess I didn't explain correctly. I buy 2 items on ebay. I get a single invoice with no shipping discount. I contact the seller. Seller refuses to give discount. I do not argue. I simply pay for one item via PayPal. I wait 3 to 4 days (at least). I pay for second item via PayPal. Now this does not guarantee I won't receive a single envelope with both items, but it does increase the odds. And it cost the seller more $$ because of 2 separate PayPal transactions. Hope this clears it up.
