Ask him for tracking numbers on each shipment that you paid for?

Lets see what he says.....

Did the seller do what he was supposed to....Yes he shipped two chips which Zeb agreed to pay for

Did the seller do it the way that should be done to prevent problems and chargebacks...NO

The seller is just lucky he ran into an honest buyer otherwise he would of learned the hard way
