I bought a HP TouchPad from a Seller who never delivered. Would communicate but gave me the runaround for 3 weeks. I now see that he is running the auction over again. Basically, I believe he is using the sale(s) to get funds from PayPal for a probable "short term loan!"

Everything went through PayPal so I'm not worried about my refund. I just wanted to report this jerk so that others don't have to go through the same BS!

P.S. It turns out to be fortuitous, however, as HP is abandoning the TouchPad due to poor sales. As a result, I bought a new one for $300 (instead of $599). Dealers are trying to unload them before the general public learns about the halt in production.
