Your 100% correct on that.....MANy ebayers dont follow rule chagnes etc.....also some still try to charge for insurance when over a certain $$$ amout which is against the rules, also its funny to still see people charge HUGE ship costs because they THINK they are avoiding the fees whcih has changed also
