Very interesting pin-back Rich. I know of a couple of token collectors who specialize in Whitehead & Hoag material. I'll try to locate Gary Patterson, formerly of Toms River, New Jersey whom is what I consider an expert in W&H material. W&H of Newark, NJ used to be "THE" token, badge, political button maker in the mid-late 1800's to mid-1950's, much like Paulson is the leading chip manufacturer of today.
