Looks like the Web mold to me.
I have a Harry Truman from same series on Web mold.
Never seen JFK on web mold but suspect it is from the PS Presidents series.

Here is what I was told about the JFK series when a PS salesman gave me the green H&C JFK chip.
Never put out for sale. They were afraid of a family lawsuit. Obtained free from a salesman at Paulson.
